I read so much that it’s hard for me to say that books have a unique concept that I can enjoy, but that’s exactly what happened with this novel! The entire imagining of the Tower is just so cool, and seeing all the different characters/sins who work there is giving me excited reader vibes for what is coming in the series.

And, of course, that tone was set with this book. August and Stone are honestly such a wonderful couple to read about. It’s always amazing to see characters with things that are different portrayed properly, and the things that make these two different are the things that really bring them to life. Stone is shockingly sweet, and my entire heart goes out to August with his anxiety.

All in all, it’s a super satisfying story with an amazing concept, and it has me wildly excited to check out the rest of the series!
